UPCOMING TRAINING

Please reserve the 3rd weekend in July for a Friendship Seminar at Virginia Martial Arts Center, in Chesapeake. We are planning on Saturday starting around 10am. Allen Townsend sensei will be teaching a class on Aikondo ( a kick boxing based style), and we will share aikido. Please plan to attend!

WE ARE GROWING!!

I am proud to announce that starting this fall (Sept 2015), we will be starting Rec Center classes at both the Deep Creek Rec Center (Thursday night) and South Norfolk Rec Center (Wednesday night). Participants at these locations must register through Chesapeake Parks and Rec to attend class.
